National Signing Day
Feb. 1 marks the day before Punxsutawney Phil emerges from from his burrow to check for his shadow to give his weather report for the next six weeks. This year, however, the first of February represented National Signing Day for future collegiate athletes — and these members of Select 17 can now call the Shoe their home.
