Yep it would be fine by me. I just have a real hard time seeing Urban and Zook working together.

The man can recruit, He has Ohio ties, It could fit. We know Meyer can win with the players he recruits.

Fickell is in the same posistion as Zooker was. But Luke opted to stay because of how much of a stand up guy Urban is. And vice versa.

I think if Ron and Urban sat down like men and talked it out and Urban REALLY wants him on staff, it'll happen.

I voted no, not because I think Zook couldn't do the job, but because I think the interpersonal dynamics would be ugly.

Certainly. The guy got two major conference jobs because of his defensive mind and recruiting prowess. He sucked as a head coach but some guys just suck as the head guy. Zooker would be a fine addition as an assistant.
