I haven't read Titus' book yet, but I think I read an interview with Oden in that he rushed his rehab way too quickly in Portland. The fact he is taking off all this year means he is taking it seriously with respect to his rehab. Columbus to Pasadena: 35 hours. Unfortunately for me, my girlfriend had heard through some interweb source some time ago about his third arm and just HAD to google it. Thus ruining my sexual confidence in spite of all her reassurances! FML "Lets beat the shit out of Michigan".... Urban. Frank. I just hope it's not with the Heat - who I refuse to watch because of you-know-who. LadyBuck 11 Jan 2013, 12:11 pm I would like to think so. The guy just wants to play ball, and I think he's taking the proper steps to do so. Jason Priestas Staff 11 Jan 2013, 12:26 pm Voted with my heart this time. C'mon, Greg. bukyze 11 Jan 2013, 1:08 pm I too voted with my heart, and said yes. Such a good guy, I really hope he makes it. It was smart of him to take this much time off to completely heal and be ready. This is obviously his last chance at making it, so hopefully all the stars align for him. okiebuck 11 Jan 2013, 3:08 pm I hate to say it but I think Greg Oden will go down as the second worst draft pick in NBA history and I think Portland made both of them. The worst was taking Sam Perkins over MJ and then this one taking Oden over Kevin Durant. That said I really do hope he can make it back. (Sam Perkins I think played for the Super Sonics, among others; he did play with MJ at UNC). Columbus to Pasadena: 35 hours. "We're on a road trip through the desert looking for strippers and cocaine... and Rose Bowl wins!" tennbuckeye19 11 Jan 2013, 4:02 pm It was Sam Bowie that was picked ahead of Jordan. okiebuck 11 Jan 2013, 3:11 pm Don't get me wrong; I like him and he's a great guy and you can't predict injuries but in pro sports it's all about performance and you can't perform if you can't play. "Fate has cards that it don't want to show" Nick 11 Jan 2013, 5:44 pm I hope he does he deserves to have many healthy all star seasons even if it is with the heat. That's how nice he is. Poison nuts 11 Jan 2013, 9:09 pm If I had my way - they'll make a movie about all that he went through to finally have a brilliant career.
