You go the Ohio State to win national titles and Big Ten titles. Division titles are just expected.

They are motivated already but ultimately - I think it helps to be able to win something. It certainly doesn't hurt....

I'd like to think that this wasn't news in the OSU locker room. If Meyer hasn't been able to motivate these guys by now, the thought of a mere "division title" giving them something to play for is sad.

I think it motivated me more than the players. Winning the Leaders Division will mean a great deal to the players. After the Bucks win the Leaders, they will be wondering "what if".

Have to believe that they are already motivated-BUT this can be a little extra sweetener for the pot, and another item to check off the list as they move toward total world domination.
