I will be at the superdome to watch this game. I am so excited, and proud to be repping Ohio State in the Big Easy.

I thought about watching it at Eddie goerge's grill, but last time I did everytime we made a three most of the drunk chicks thought it was a touchdown so I think I wil stay at home.

It's good to be home.

I watched the Syracuse game at Eddie George's and a had good time, no touchdown dances where I was sitting.  I think that became my new favorite game watching spot especially since we were there early enough to get a table in the bar.

I'll be at Eddie George. I watched the Cuse and Cincinnati games there, too. It's the best place to watch a game in the city. A friend of mine who graduated from Michigan came with me for the Syracuse game and said it was one of the wildest bar atmospheres he's ever witnessed. I'll be back again tomorrow.

It is a great atmosphere, I love watching when everyone is so into the game for the same side. I would be there tomorrow too except I have to participate in post-bridal shower festivites in Yellow Springs, but thankfully they have TV's where we're going (I callled to check).

I voted "other" as I plan to be watching from a hospital bed recovering from the heart attack I got when I realized I won the mega millions.

don't worry, you will all be invited to lounge on my megayacht.

You should host E3B in your 50 yard line suite in Ohio Stadium during the Nebraska game in that case.

Technically, I'll be at home watching the CBS telecast on my t.v. In essence, though, that means that I'll be watching the game while riding a ferris wheel that is suspended above midcourt.

I'll be arriving in NOLA on Wednesday for my annual Easter pilgrimage. Wish I was there for the FF!

FYI - While in NOLA, if you haven't eaten at Coop's (it's in the Quarter), go there. Everything there is excellent -- the lamb ribs and fried chicken are off the chain. There's also this place called the Cochon Butcher on Tchoupitoulas that has amazing sandwiches (the pork belly is my fav). And last but not least go to the Garden District and get you a huge sack of crawfish and shrimp at Big Fisherman on Magazine St. Some bars (not Bulldogs) will let you eat your crawfish there, just get a newspaper to soak up your mess. I could really go on forever about all the great eateries. Anybody else have any favs? I love to hear about great restaurants and bars to check out.

I ate at Cochon (means pig in french) when I was there for the Sugar Bowl, and I agree it's excellent.  I ordered some large hunk of pork that was the special and it was delightful and about 3x what I could eat.  We also ate at Luke and the Camilla Grill which are both very, very good. The Camilla Grill is casual and fairly small, we took the streetcar through the Garden District to get there for lunch.  I'd recommend making dinner reservations.

I'll definitiely have to check out Lukes. It's one of those places I've been meaning to go to, but haven't yet. I haven't heard of the Camilla Grill before. I see there's one in the Quarter and the one on Carrollton. Will have to check that place out. I'm salivating just thinking about all the food I'm going to devour next weekend! Have you been to the Abita Brewery to do the tour?

ArTbkward's picture

No I haven't, are you recommending it?  Sadly, I'm not making the trek to NOLA this weekend but my boyfriend is, I will pass along any good recommendations.

I was at the Camilla's on Carrollton.  It's good and cheap, I think our bill for 4 was under $50.  The seating is nothing but counter space so it's likely you'll have to sit by strangers and the larger your party the harder it is to accommodate but you get to watch and chat with the lively cooks. The whole place probably only seats 30 so arriving early is advantageous.

One of our favorites for dining is Irene's.  Excellent braised duck!  And, to finish it off, bread pudding.  If you are in NOLA you owe it to yourself to try it.

Has quite a few great reviews and a few bad ones (they do get very busy).

Totally recommending the Abita Brewery tour. It just across lake Ponchatrain past Covington in Abita Springs. They basically take you on a 5 minute tour then take you to the bar that include all beers currently in production there's at least 20 taps and it's all you can drink buffet for an hour for free. Amazing. And the Abita Pub is in downtown Abita Springs. Good food and more beer if you want to continue the booze fest.

Leanenaud, my brother lived right on lake ponchatrain this past summer, he moved over to Bay st. louis on the mississippi side now.. I went down there and we went to the Abita Brewery it is a pretty fun time, we went to their pub afterwards as well to get some food it is pretty good. My family is actually going down in a few weeks but I can't go becuase of school :(

I live in Tallahassee which is only a 5 hour car ride. I go out there 3 times a year. Easily one of my favorite places to visit.

I'll be at a bar unless I or my buddy win the mega millions....so I'll be at a bar on campus.

I'll be watching in the basement, where else?  (Where better to "Respect the Basement"?)

Real fans stay for Carmen.

I'll be watching from a research station in the middle of the Mojave. Thank goodness that the reserve director invited me to watch the game. It will save me a 80 mile drive to the nearest bar. And the internet here is limited so I can't watch MM Live.

One bonus to being out here right now? No Kansas fans to scream at me.

I'm a hurtin' buckaroo.
