Yesterday I announced the announcement for my first ever "9R Award", and a few other minor announcements, which were going to be simulcasted on my Twitter page. Well, as many of you know, "5280_Buckeye" rudely interrupted that announcement. But, I will now be announcing this award!
This inaugural 9R Award is the Award for Grammar. 11W has a lot of great writers and readers, who all practice top-notch grammar. However, there is one member who really crosses his 't's and dots his 'i's. He is thorough and does not cut corners. I think I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate his input.
As Shakespeare once said, "Without grammar...we would then be without life."
And now the moment you've all been waiting for. I present the first 9R Award for Grammar to....................
Congratulations Hodge. I appreciate your hard work, dedication, and attention to details. 11W community: if any of you out there have kids who are aspiring writers, I suggest you turn their attention to 11W to have them see how our friend Hodge here, has mastered the English language. He is a fine example of what's right with the Internet today.
I don't need to tell you that this award will be a real resume-builder. Print out the trophy and affix to future resumes if needed, (you can even use Uncle 9er as a reference)!
