I was just wondering if it has ever been discussed to create an Eleven Warriors Iphone app? I think it'd be a great way to get all our Buckeye news on the go and would definitely make the site more accessible on the go.

I believe this has been briefly mentioned a while ago and they said they would like to have that someday but it is probably a while in the future. I know I just link the homepage of 11W to my home screen on my iPhone. Makes it quick and convenient to check 11W.
I do the same and it does make it very easy.
Does it keep signing you out though? Whenever I close safari on my iphone it signs me out immediately...pretty annoying.

Every once in a while I will be signed out but not every time I close safari. So I'm not sure what would be any different between ours.
I would love an app for my iphone but I am guessing the cost of developing that ap would be prohibitive for a free site unless someone in the 11w family knows how to develop one.

11W needs to reach out to some programming students at OSU, no doubt they would be willing to do work for a few shirts from dry goods.
We have been working on a redesign that we hope to have out in Q1 of 2013. We will not have iPhone or Android apps, but instead will have a design that scales to devices (mobile, tablet, screen) instead.
