A couple of days ago I was perusing the Dry Goods store, looking for a couple new shirts to add to my collection. I knew which ones I wanted; the Skull Session shirt and the Buckeye Helmet Stormtrooper shirt (as seen in Scott K's avatar picture).
Much to my dismay, it appears the Stormtrooper shirt no longer exists! Was this a casualty of the move from Skreened to Dry Goods? Was there some copyright issue? Are there any plans to make this shirt available in the future? Please let it be so!
Yeah, basically. We were worried that the stripes would infringe on Ohio State's IP for their trademark on the uniform design. And then there's the whole Star Wars IP thing to worry about, too, so we opted to kill the shirt. Which sucked, because that was a fantastic shirt.
Damn. I knew I should have snatched one when I first saw them. Oh well, I'll go for the skully shirt!

Guessing that's what happened with the "Miller High Life #5" shirt as well?
Yeah, some of that, but mainly with that one it was more of a concern over student athlete eligibility.
