How do you include a picture from your PC in your post?

I see an "Image" icon at the top of the comment window.  But when I click on it, I can't figure out how to use it.  I'm dumb.  I admit it.  (You can't fix a problem until you admit that you have one.)  Does anyone think they can help someone with my enormous cognitive limitations?

Thanks for the link.  That wasn't as hard as I thought it was.  What I wasn't getting was that I had to upload my picture to the 11W server first...

Hey, when you click on the "Image" icon, what's with all the Latin in the preview box?  Anyone know what it says?
