Some general info on LiveBlogs:

• You comment as a guest and there is a problem? There is nothing we can really do. If able, use a name. If it won't let you, fine.

• If you have been auto-approved (meaning we don't need to manually publish your comment) and you pop out of the chat, your auto-publish resets. It isn't a mod deciding you may not have it anymore.

• There is a 25 Person "auto-approve" limit. That isn't 11W, it's coveritlive. People aren't put on that based off *like you/don't like you.* It's based off who comments most in games. If you are put on auto-approve and then don't post for long periods, while someone else is posting 50 times in 3min, we're probably going to make room for that person by removing idle posters from the limit, if there are any. On this note alone ... if you are going to be sporadic & know it, let us know. That single act makes it easier.

• With the exception of one half of a game this football season, I've been around for all of the games. Comments that are manual get approved quickly as they stream in. If something happens in a game (football or bball) & 60 comments come in simultaneously, it might take a few seconds for us to catch up to that. Be patient.

• Don't flame the Mods that volunteer their time and games to sit at a screen publishing content, looking back & forth to what you are writing about. Don't insult or flame the staff/writers, that work their butts off to provide content to 11W.

• Being "clever" and commenting as a guest with some horrendous comment/attack could result in a block, which will more than likely keep you from commenting on your regular name for the duration of the game. Cannot be reversed, whereas someone using a name can be.

• If you have issues, use the contact info to let us know. Mods aren't using 11W or looking at the page during moderation for the most part, we're on the publishing screen. We do check our registered email though. Hit Contact & let us know what happened.
