as I look at the lists of Buckeye offers for 2014, and I know it's early in the game, I notice that the staff has only 4 or 5 offers to Ohio kids. Is it just a weak year in Ohio? Is our staff overlooking in-state kids? Or are the Ohio high school football programs not consistently producing the type of player that Coach Meyer is looking for? Any insight would be appreciated. I'm a homer, I want to see more Ohio kids get offers from The Ohio State University. From the outside looking in, it appears to me that we liberally offer kids from out of state. I'm not a coach, just a hardcore fan who grew up in Ohio but now resides in California. I'd really like to hear the opinions of those who follow Ohio high school ball. Thanks in advance.
