Great article on Urban's impact this year on other B1G school's recruiting expenditures. It looks like he is already forcing other schools to step their game up.

I'm guessing Nebraska's high recruiting costs go into mowing the name of their recruits into the corn fields surrounding the school
The real measure of a recruiting effort is what a school is willing to spend on a top coach and his assistants.
