Happy Signing Day everyone! I agree, it should be a National Holiday that everyone gets off, but alas it is not. I'm making this thread not to compete with the 11W Live Blog for today or even Gene's outstanding Quick Bits. This is more for the non tOSU players, schools, conferences and just info in general. Feel free to post about tOSU as well, but those may be better in other threads/blogs. This one is for all of us that are still interested in where people end up even if it's not tOSU or if they never really had interest in tOSU and even if it's known were they are going. Like Timmons, the USC decommits, to double check that a long time commit did sign their LOI and faxed it in to where they said they were going or just to see how another school is doing. I'm also going to guess that Johnny Townsend got an offer from Nick Saban at the last moment. Please correct me if I'm wrong but he was at the Alabama camp last summer. Perhaps Saban is making a chess move against Urban.

I think the deal over the summer was that Bama offered a preferred walk on spot while OSU offered a full scholarship. Perhaps Bama has changed the status of their offer and Townsend's family is concerned about the status of his OSU offer now that Wilson, Clark, and Bell are in.
That's my guess.
