Did I miss something or didnt he give a verbal to West Virginia? This was posted today. Outside chance maybe?

Call me fickle, but I wouldn't touch that guy with a 10 foot pole
Come on man, you know damn well if you had a 10 ft pole you would touch all kinds of stuff with it.

Yeah, if I had had a 10-inch pole, it would have done a lot of touching.
This, sir, has earned you my first ever upvote. Carry on.

here is what it says
Running some routes ... Can't wait till I touch the field again ... In ____ and ____ colors.
Last I heard he was choosing between WVU and TENN (or at least the TENN forums I've read lately seem to believe so), I'd think OSU has been out of it for a couple weeks anyway now unless we're in for a surprise. I imagine WVU is the foregone conclusion.
TENN thinks they are getting everybody.
haha, very true
You couldn't be more right there hahah.
yeah...losing a lot of respect for tennessee recuitnicks lately
sorry don't know how to embed the tweets right, I know he has had the issues with grades and everything but I thought he had given West Virginia a verbal, with carrington backing out on his visit and clark looking unlikely i thought maybe we had reached out to him or something. I don't follow him or anything so I didn't know Tenn. was in the picture. Thanks for the insight
Here you go...
Yellow and Navy Blue
What college teams don't have colors?!? C'mon
people let's move on! There's nothing in that tweet that remotely hints at anything Ohio State.
What are Fork Union's colors again?
From Gibson tweet.
from Tim warsinsky
who knows what is true...
No thanks. Shelton is about as far out the door as he can get by now. We have plenty of talent in this class already. Dont need that drama.
"if irony were made of strawberries, we' d all be drinking a lot of smoothies right now."
Good Luck to that Kid wish he was in this class but everything happens for a reason.
Hardly home but always reppin
All things are pointing to him going somewhere else. Good kid but he made his decision and force Meyer and Co. to look elsewhere. His mistake is that Urban will find just as good talent or better.
Again with the posts attacking recruits. When does this site get actual mods to shut this shit down?
Where's a post attacking a recruit? I don't see any at all on this thread, and RARELY on this site. The ten foot pole comment was the closest, but it's not inappropriate at all. It is clear to most that Gibson's rumored academic issues were confirmed in his interview with FoxSportsNext. If we're going to talk about the upside of each recruit, we're going to discuss the downside too. That's not attacking a recruit at all, that's discussion of their potential.
I'm not sure what you're getting at.
Come on, you guys know we'd take him if it had worked out with grades, off the field issues, etc. He was seemingly all-Buckeye and you don't turn down a kid as talented as he is if he wants to come to tOSU unless there are some other issues. Alex has said Fork Union is a possibility, but with the recent additions of Smith, and potentially Wilson and Clark, we know he won't be in this class. I might have missed some things the past month with his recruitment, but my understanding was the staff was waiting on grades/test scores, he said that wasn't an issue, so someone is stretching the truth there or there is another flag that caused the staff to pass and move on to other receivers.
Does anybody know if he for sure has the grades to go to WVU??? Maybe i'm reaching but what if he went to a "fork union" type of school for one year do you think he gets back on OSU radar????
Hardly home but always reppin
Many analysts have said it's a possibility, same with Robert Foster.
wherever gibson goes to college, i wish him the best, unless his team somehow ends up playing our beloved TOSU.
and if gibson somehow ends up playing against TOSU, hoping he fumbles a catch ,and maybe another pass attempt his way, he tips the ball to eli apple or roby, it is returned for the winning touchdown.
