I understand we have offered Chad Mavety a JC OT. He is in his first year of JC. Can't he transfer whenever he wants like right now or does he have to finish JC first?

It would be too late to transfer this year since OSU switched to semesters so we don't have that extra quarter in the spring to transfer in. He'll have to enroll in the summer
Everything I'm seeing is that he's a 2014 commit only. But he graduates in December so can enroll early, go through spring ball and should be ready to play right away in 2014. If the staff likes him enough to offer, then I sure do hope he lands here. We REALLY need OL depth in 2014.
