Jr. Highlights:
Soph. Highlights:

5'11, 182lb linebacker?
That's the height, weight and position he played as a Jr. in High School. He could grow and/or add weight or move to another position as a Senior or in College.
Coach Meyer and Withers were at the Sandy Creek vs Ridgeland game last year (mostly to court Vonn Bell), so they must have seen something they liked in him. Demarre Kitt was definitely the star of that game, but Sandy Creek looked pretty loaded (as opposed to Ridgeland who basically just had Bell).
His junior tape reminds me of a shorter Chris Worley. Might be looking at him for that kind of star position (OLB/SS hybrid).
+1 LLJJGG Sandy Creek is loaded! They have won three out of the last four Georgia State Championships, and besides having at least these three Ohio State recruits, they had 2013 UGA commit Shaq Williams and 2013 USCe commit Alan Knott among others. Click Here for full roster.
This video show's Sandy Creek celebration their 2012 State Championship and there is even a player with an Ohio State Football shirt on. I'm not sure if anyone knows who that player is for sure (Click Here to go to the video):
Think someone meant to +1 you and accidentally gave you a -1, so I corrected their error by giving you a +1. ;)
Good info as always GB!
Looking at the highlights he was born for the STAR position.

I can't find anything on this kid anywhere. Are you sure he's legit and not just attention grabbing?
As with any recruit claiming an offer, there is that possibility, however both of his teammates and fellow Ohio State targets Demarre Kitt and Chris Williams; as well as Sullivan's QB Cole Garvin have all mentioned his offer. His offer has the possibility of being the "non-committable" variety right now, but it does appear he has an offer at this time.
Sorry i've always been a little suspicious about this type of thing ever since i first heard about this http://sadovin.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=collegefootball&action=print&thread=5733
Who? Obviously not a committable offer if true.
Watch the tape, kid can hit like a freight train and apparently no one can block him. Looks like a strong safety to me. Kudos Urbs. Hope he gets room in the class.

+1 Aesculus, good assessment. I'm not sure why everyone is questioning his offer. His highlights look legit, his stats are legit, he's played on back to back state championship teams in one of Urban's favorite states Georgia, he has two teammates that have offers, Urban has been to his school and seen him play in person. This wouldn't be the first under the radar/not well known recruit that Urban has offered.
People are questioning it because there isn't much out there on this kid and nobody else is reporting the offer except himself.
He doesn't even have a profile on any recruiting site. I don't know this kid honestly.
Plus, his Junior year stats don't impress me. Jack Linch at my alma mater had better stats and he was a MAC prospect. *scratch my head on this one*
Gene, Demarre Kitt and Chris Williams, both with Ohio State offers, along with Sandy Creek QB Cole Garvin have reported his offer as well as Sullivan himself.
He has profiles on MaxPreps and Hudl, while they're not the biggest recruiting sites, it's enough info to get to Urban (who I doubt bases his offers on recruiting site's profiles), besides the fact that Urban has seen him play in person and I'm willing to bet he met him as well.
I'm not sure Jack Linch's stats or school, but I wouldn't consider 90 tackles for a State Championship team (plus another seven in the championship game that wasn't included in the 90) unimpressive myself. Especially in Georgia with a highlight tape that shows he can lay the wood, wraps up and is both good at shedding blockers and in coverage against that type of competition.
He was also offered approximately two and a half hours after Blanding announced he was going to UVA. I know a lot of people on here didn't think that Sprinkle had a committable offer, even a day before he committed, but he committed just ten days after his offer. Sprinkle is just one example of an under the radar guy getting an offer from Urban, there are definitely more!
It could turn out that Sullivan is lying, but that is true with any recruit, and with the info I just stated; I personally doubt he is.
Just so we are clear on the matter I'm not calling you out on the offer by any means, just expressing my thoughts is all. Don't feel like I'm attacking you cuz that's not my intention here. I just question this is all, I guess Urban is trying to get Kitt here by offering his teammates.
I just want to hear the info from someone else's mouth and not just his and his teammates, if you know what I am trying to say.
IMO, Blanding has nothing to do with this. He knew where he was going since day one. Plus he's not a LB like Sullivan.
Sprinkle was a legit guy either way, even before he was offered here. Not many people knew him, but being from Ohio and watching HS Football, I already knew Sprinkle and what he had to offer. It was a great offer from Urban and even happier we got him. Sullivan doesn't compare to Sprinkle IMO.
Jack Linch was a LB at my alma mater, Whitmer. They went to the state championship game as well, recorded over 150 tackles last season.
Just not sure what to think about this is all.
The timing makes sense too as you mentioned Aesculus, he may play safety, and Quin Blanding committed to UVA earlier that day. Seems like they may have just been waiting on Blanding to offer Sullivan.
Does Tinashe Bere have a chance of being offered? I only have his highlights to judge him, but he looks pretty legit to me. Fast, with good instincts. His name is also a big plus, I am still trying to get over the disappointment of not landing Courtney Love last year.
This could be about Vonn Bell, Kitt, Williams, Shaq or someone else but no one had more tackles in the Georgia Championship game then Sullivan:
Remember,Skai Moore and Parris Campbell went under the radar for quite some time and then blew up!!Trust Urban's assessment of talent. He can find a diamond in the rough anywhere!!
SCOTTC.
Can't forget Tracy Sprinkle too... probably the most underrated and hopefully he proves it at the next level.
Have to think this is a non-committable offer, of the variety of "we are interested but want to see you at camp this summer etc. so you can earn a spot in person." This kid is seems like he could be a strong safety at the next level, being teammates with a player the staff really wants (Kitt) it might be easier to get them both on campus for visits and or camps.
Looks like a playmaker and big hitter. Nice blocks in the return game. The game against Vonn Bell when Urban was there was enough to catch his eye. Sort of reminds me of Antoine Winfield with the way he hits.
I think the offers legit. When he says "I'm gonna get Ohio state before I graduate #onmylip".
Nice work GRAY BOX!
It wouldn't hurt you to see a little bit more of yourself in Gray Box, Gene. I used to follow you on your old site and loved it. It bumped the game up for recruiting sites. But recently you've become a bit more pretentious on 11W and deleting unwarranted posts for a mod is immature. Not trolling, just trying to offer feedback.
