Interesting and exciting to think that for all the "drama" we've all enjoyed/endured in the last few weeks that we might actually end up with so many highly-touted weapons in this class.

Corey Smith, Jalin Marshall, possibly Clark, little hope on Wilson...something screams too good to be true b/c that is a lot of competition and possible non-playing time for a future star. Might be off on this assesment though.

Urban's offense has always thrived with big speed. Clark has more than Wilson. I'd rather have Clark. Wilson wouldn't hurt but if there was a choice that's what mine would be.

When I first saw his highlights, I was with you. After I watched them a 3rd time I understood why Meyer and the boys were pursuing him. Dontre is definitely a playmaker. His speed is almost deceptive.

I agree it was hard to see the speed for me as well because I kept noticing the refs outrunning the defense. These film highlights show Florida has some bad high school teams also. Clark looks very good though.
That speed he showed on his punt return in the UA game was spectacular. Remember he was limited the entire week of under armour practice with a sprained ankle. Also the level of talent he played against in Texas was top notch, so when you see him breaking away it is legit.
I like Wilson over Clark, but honestly I should not be relied upon to split hairs between the two. I really have no ability to judge who will be better frankly. I just have to pick one so I go with the one that impresses me on film the most and compliments wo we already have the best.
James Clark hopes to make a silent commitment by Sunday(today). I really like Clark and really hope we get him, but unfortunately it's not looking the best for tOSU. He is rewteeting a lot of pro Florida stuff over the last day. Although, maybe he doesn't look too happy in this Florida uniform?!?
He was tweeting a ton of pro-OSU stuff during his visit as well. Im holding out hope!! He has 4 osu pics to 1 fla pic on twitter so i think he picks osu hahahaha
I think Clark was pretty much a goner when he took a 6th visit to Florida that was unofficial. I don't expect him to be on the osu class

Said he was pretty sure he knew where he was going prior to UF visit but not 100% so he needed to make one last UF trip to make sure...I read that as OSU was leading prior to that visit & hope they still are...
As far as tweets - I wouldn't read a whole lot into it. He seems like a very positive kid who likes to tweet out positive stuff. Hid did it while here, he did it after UF...

If we don't ge Clark, I doubt we get anyone on signing day. Bell to UT, Dontre to Oregon, Elder to Auburn and Clark to UF. Would be pretty disappointing but we still have a great class.

just read new article on 247. He loved his visit and got to see academics side of UF. Was very impressed. Coaches told him that hes the main target, and he is who they really want. see,ed like a lame pitch, but he's buying it. He also noted this visit was as good as any other school. i think UF jumped ahead, unfortunately.
Florida coaches telling him that he is their main target after a year of slow playing him...and after they took 4 or 5 other wide receivers ahead of him...smh

If Clark wants to go to a class which already has 5 true WRs in it when OSU only has Smith (who is a junior) and Jacobs as true WRs then more power to him.

Are the coaches allowed to contact recruits still? I'm sure Urban will be on the phone with him all the way up until NSD.
Dead period the next 3 days, If I remember correctly coaches cant call recruits then.

This was biggest need, EZE loss does not sting with so many playmakers this class and great rb's next yr.

Clark is the one I'd like to get. I have mentioned earlier last week or so that we would add Bell AND Clark to the mix. OSU and the talent those two bring seems like a logical fit with our program and needs.
Clark is a beast, we land him and playmakers all over the board, nice.
Holy macaroni that would be amazing. Adding Clark to all the other playmakers we already have, we'd be completely stacked like Oregon's offense, except with a better O-line (assuming 2014 class goes well) and an elite defense. Please be true!

I know that's what jbook said. I think he read the article in Tyson's tweet and I just wanted to know if someone else that had access to it could/would read it and just confirm, so there would be two sources confirming what Tyson said. However, Tyson just tweeted it since I posted that, so there is no longer any need. Tyson just came out and said it publicly.
