I believe this was reported about a week ago. He's waiting to see what credits transfer into OSU credits.
Ok, I read these boards way too much and all I remember seeing was that OSU was tying loose ends, without any specifics.

Oops, I didn't notice that Texas Tech de-commit Devin Lauderdale was also offered and is already on an OSU visit, so he's a possibility too, I guess.
I think this is about a week old, and there is some speculation that since nothing has been said about Smith since, that his credits may not transfer to tOSU. I hope that isn't true, and I hope we get Wilson.
If we got Smith and not Wilson, I think the class is good enough at WR/ATH positions, but I'm sure the staff will keep looking for their next best option so that they have a full class coming in, regardless of the position they play (and assuming they are good enough to not save the scholly).

Believe Clark will be Clemsons next commit at least thats the way it sounds from ESPN recruiting person.
Clemson is going to be scary good within the next year or so, landing Priester & possibly Clark, phew. These late offers not working out so well.
Agreed theyll be good however the odds that Morris still being there are not. Hoping Woulard picks them as well as it might not help with getting Watson but it couldnt hurt either.

Have to believe at this point its Wilson and Smith at the top of the staffs board for WR since Gibson has grade issues still. Its unfortunate for both sides with Gibson but its of his own doing. As for Smith hope it works out bc he has the ability to contribute right away next year.

Its not speculation at all in this case that much I do know.
Unless you have an inside source that the rest of us do not, then it is speculation. Claiming that the reason he is not coming is because of grades is definitely speculation. Also, it wasn't grades, it was test scores, which again, is speculation.
Good luck to Gibson at WVU. I hope he puts up some great numbers there for 3-4 years.
It was grades for him early, he wanted to commit but couldn't. Therefore it could be reasonably inferred that he didn't end up making the grades/scores. It's not speculation, it's a reasonable inference based on past and current fact.
If every recruiting service and their insiders are saying the same thing for over a year and that nothing has changed then I dont know how that is speculation since its their jobs to report such things. BTW Ceveland Hts. head coach is a good coach and nice guy ;)
May not have been grades but OSU passed on Gibson, not the other way around.
