Chip Kelly back in talks with Philadelphia?

For what all this is worth, I'm a member of the Eagles message board because sadly, I'm an Eagles fan (which balances out my Buckeye fandom, keeps me humble), word is getting around that Chip Kelly is back in town to talk to the owners and FO about the coaching job AFTER he publicly announces he will stay at Oregon. I know odds are he is just trying to leverage a better deal (as is the trend with college coaches today), but I think now is the time to swoop in and grab some of those athletes, like Dontre Wilson!

I'd love Chip to go to the NFL! Honestly, is there a better fit? Vick, Jackson, etc. all finally putting it together under a scheme that uses their skils better.

This very well could be the reason why there havent been any more committments, they're leaving spots open for someone. We get Wilson AND Bell, that would be freaking phenomenal. It still would be if we got just 1 of them

FWIW, this from OL Cameron Hunt. I know folks think Dan Skipper is the preferred 2013 OL recruit, but Hunt is still very much in play.

FWIW, Michigan apparently told Hunt they were full at OL. He took an official to Michigan just before he visited OSU last weekend. Looking better for OSU.

Good news for us, thanks for the info. I am always scared lately regarding OL that are also looking at UM. I am still baffled as to how they think there is so much room for them to start with the last 2 classes, but someone at UM is doing a fine job convincing them they'll get a pretty good chance to start. Hunt could turn out to be the best of the bunch we've both gone after, but at the moment it seems UM is winning out overall on the OL front.

My bet is every WR and LB will jump ship for A&M where they will be opening their offense with a 10 WR set and defense with a 0-11 front (all Mikes), switching to 5 safeties in the "nickel" package.
