With NSD approaching, obviously recruiting has been generating much buzz, and many people want to know where the likes of Vonn Bell, James Quick, and Shelton Gibson will choose their school. While obviously the latter two have made a committment elsewhere it was obvious that many on here were interested in the situation until then. With this interest in these recruits, many forum topics were created with any information on these kids and where they will play their college ball.
While its great to want more information, it, personally, was obnoxious to see a new thread every couple of days with essentially no new information. It also created disagreement because some felt that people were obnoxious in their posts, and subsequently the OP would be offended and claim they didn't know better.
My suggestion is, should it be possible, to create a single thread for each recruit, and all information regarding them will be placed in that spot. I know that recruits come and go and they can be dealt with accordingly, but if there can be a spot where commits and targets are listed somwhere on the side of the home page and clicking on them will bring you to their forum thread. I am not tech savy in terms of website design so I have no idea if this is even possible, but just a suggestion to alleviate the clutter and arguments.
Upvoted, agree with you completely. Would like to make the friendly suggestion that you use paragraphs to improve readability, since the block of text nearly broke my brain. (sry, just woke up, no coffee)
I'd also merge the Recruiting forum back into Football. Recruiting-related threads keep popping up over in Football (even Alex started one there a few days ago). I'd rather have just one forum area to check rather than two, but the mods apparently prefer the new system.

Edited to help out. I get the recruiting forum due to the excessive number of threads that bury football related threads it's just 15 threads asking what Vonn Bell is thinking at this moment takes up too much room.
Speaking of which, I wonder what Vonn Bell is thinking at this moment...
