They say there are no ex-Marines, only former marines.  This 66-year old former Marine, Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart winner was attacked by Black Bear outside his home near Yosemite.  He successfully fought off the bear and survived the attack despite serious injuries.  I love Marines.
