Cristiano Ronaldo is seeking to leave Real Madrid amidst tax fraud allegations in Spain, according to A Bola, a Portuguese news outlet.
A Bola went on to list three teams that would be ready to pounce and acquire Ronaldo should his desire to move win out over Real Madrid's desire to keep its biggest soccer star. Those three potential landing spots are French Ligue 1 counterparts Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco, along with English Premier League club Manchester United. Or Maybe Fake Madrid
The conflict stems from a lawsuit filed by Spanish prosecutors this week. Ronaldo is accused of not paying almost $16.5 million worth of taxes during a three-year period.
Of the three clubs listed as most ready to pay for Ronaldo, Manchester United has the most history with the Portuguese attacker. He played there from 2003-09, a span in which United won an FA Cup, three Premier League titles and a Champions League trophy.
