1. What should fans expect to see at Saturday’s Orange and Brown Scrimmage?

“They’re going to get an opportunity to see our football team, all of our team, all 90 of us, as we have an opportunity to be at Ohio State’s stadium and have a chance to see how far we’ve come along.”

2. What are the benefits of getting the team out of Berea for a day and taking them to a place like The Horseshoe?

“I think it’s always good to break up the monotony of just the everyday training camp life. I think the guys are excited about being in another stadium and having another opportunity to compete against each other.”

3. What is a mock game?

“A mock game will really prepare our team for next Friday’s exhibition game at Green Bay. We’ll go through all the different situations that may happen in the game from pre-game to halftime to starting the second half. I think it’s really important we find out how we go through that process.”

4. What does it mean to the team to see thousands and thousands outside of Northeast Ohio come to watch them practice?

“I think our players are very excited to get out in front of our fans and show the progress we’ve made. I think it’s always great to be amongst people who are really rooting for us and wanting to see us be successful. It’s just an opportunity for us to give back to them for everything they do supporting us.”

5. What should fans be most excited to see? The rookies? The offense?

“I think they should be really excited about seeing our team. Obviously, everybody wants to see our rookies perform and some of our vets as well. But I think what’s most important is they see a team that’s a team, and they’re really excited to go out and compete and show that they have gotten better over the last several days.”

WHAT ELSE TO KNOW

When does it start?

The practice begins at 3 p.m. and runs to 5:30 p.m. but all of the fun outside the stadium on Dawg Pound Drive, where the team will feature many engaging pregame opportunities for all fans to enjoy, kicks off at noon
