Essentially, the Chargers are BSing everyone. They are refusing to budge and have had a compromise on the table since MAY (offset OR bonus, pick one) and refuse. They are trying to make an unprecedented deal, which essentially screws the 3rd overall pick in a historical aspect. 

I was really starting to think this was getting ridiculous on Bosa's end, until I read the facts presented.
