Article on Cleveland.com about Bernie Kosar's desire to help the Browns become relevant again.  At first I laughed, but then thought, why not?  The guy is very intelligent, and gets it when it comes to football in Cleveland.  We have and could do much worse. A few quotes from the article:

"This is 16-plus years and this is unacceptable," 

"I see this stuff standing for a marketing logo instead of a football team or a football organization, and I'm tired of it," 

"I want to do this, OK?" Kosar said on "Tailgate 19" Sunday morning on WOIO Cleveland 19 with Tony Zarrella. "And I'll fire myself if we are not a competitive NFL team within a year or two."
