More Miserable Sports City: Cleveland or ATL?

This question has been on my mind lately since Atlanta is about to play Cleveland tonight. Neither team has ever won an NBA championship for it's city (Hawks won a title in 1958 before they were relocated to ATL so that doesn't count). Furthermore, both cities have endured a great amount of depression due to the failures of their various pro sports teams. Cleveland has multiple championships, but none since 1964. Atlanta on the other hand has just one title ( 95' Braves) over the course of 163 pro sports seasons. Ironically, our one title came courtesy of the 95' Cleveland Indians. Atlanta has also lost not one but two NHL franchises to other cities. Last year Forbes ranked ATL #1 and Cleveland #3 on its list of Most Miserable Sports Cities. As a lifelong resident of ATL I would have to agree with Forbes, but would like to know what some Ohio folks think. Which city has had it worse?

Note: Phoenix was #2 on Forbes list
