I read an interesting idea for the Browns.  Trade the 12th Pick to Philly for their 20th + Nick Foles.  This will permit the Browns to keep two 1st rounders AND get a decent QB (better than they've had recently).  This could also help the Eagles move up the draft for Mariotta.
