I found the following:

"You should take a breathalyzer or get blood drawn (the best way) to determine your innocence."

"The officer offered a breath test, which Smith smartly refused."

"I defend OVI cases."

So, at the risk of aiding and abetting ne'er-do-wells, what is the 'right' answer for how to handle getting pulled over for Drunk driving in Ohio?  And defend your answer with your reasons, and credentials if you have any.
