Toledo athletic department probably doesn't have the resources Ohio State does to monitor their programs. I think there are coaches all over that use their "influence" to get in the pants of their program's athletes.
UT is an embarrassment to the state.
Respected pharm college and has a medical school.... wouldn't call it an embarassment. Now their engineering college (i'm quite familiar with the college and now their EECS department was close to losing ABET accrediation) could be better but at least they offer engineering.
I know, wasn't being completely serious. Just like to take shots at our rival!
