A total of 43 current, former or incoming Ohio State swimmers, 28 men and 15 women, are competing for a spot in the 2012 London Summer Olympics.
The competition will take place at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Neb., June 25-July 2. The men's and women's contingent of qualifiers at the trials in each program's history.
The Buckeyes have 36 current swimmers in the trials, tying Stanford for the most of any university. In all, 1,831 qualifiers (901 female, 930 male) will be invited to the meet next week.
