Former Ohio State diver Katie Bell secured a spot on the US Olympic team with a second-place finish in the finals of the women’s 10-meter platform.
Bell, a Columbus native, won the US title on the 10-meter platform in 2009. She is the ninth Olympian under longtime OSU head diving coach Vince Panzano.







Brian Olinger and Corey Leslie both qualified for the finals in the steeplechase today. As did Ohio high schooler Bridget Franek. Former Ohio high schooler Emily Enfeld qualified for the finals in the 5000m and Angela Bizzarri struggled.
Former Ohio high schooler Molly Beckwith will run in the 800m in about 20 mins. She has a great chance to qualify for the olympics.
