I'm amazed that his case is still ongoing. How much money and time have been invested on this situation? What kind of punishment will Roger get when he is found guilty.... 6 months Club Fed with 5 months suspended?

I agree. I'm not sure why this is still going on. Its a waste of time and money. Roger took 'roids. Roger lied to the feds about it. And now Roger won't make the Hall of Fame. Does anyone care about Roger Clemens anymore anyway?
I agreee for the most part. I don't like the idea of using a polygraph test to determine guilt or innocence, because they are flawed. And the government really doesn't have much of a choice, because if they think he's guilty, they have to follow through. But i feel like they should have gotten a plea deal through by now. its a waste of time and money, for both parties, to keep this going
From what I've read they pretty much have a clear-cut case that he lied.
Says a lot about Clemens' ego that he'd rather go broke and count on a friendly jury than admit he lied and plead this out.

I'm in the camp that believes he took PEDs, I just don't believe much of what his "trainer" has been saying. Call it a gut feeling...I just don't buy a lot of his story. Either way this is a HUGE waste of money. There are murderers and rapists walking the streets and we are spending millions of dollars trying to convict an athlete of lying about taking steroids....REALLY???
for punishment, Clemens should be forced to sell "Ice Cold Beer...Here!!!!" in a nearly abandonded Pittsburgh Pirates Stadium for 2 seasons.

When he broke Piazza's bat and half of the bat came in the vicinity of Clemens and he decided to pick up part of the broken bat and THROW IT AT PIAZZA.........and then later he said he "thought it was the ball". Ummm, OK, I was under the impression that you were playing MLB baseball Roger, not backyard tape ball with your 5 year old buddies. Fucking douchebag. You don't throw the f-ing ball at the player running down the first baseline you freaking a-hole. Guy is a complete ego maniac and a bald faced liar.
