Edit: It looks like Martell dropped in the Scout ranking but still kept his 5 stars, but McCaffrey dropped much further and lost his fifth star. 

It looks like after the Opening Martell got a rankings bump. Tate is now the 2nd ranked QB and a five star in Scout's new rankings. Interestingly, McCaffrey from TTUN dropped to the 10th ranked QB and is now a four star. OSU has eight in the top 100 and 12 total in the top 300. TTUN has 0 in the top 100 now. TTUN also dropped to 6th in the 247 composite rankings being leaped by Notre Dame and LSU by a hair.
