Jackson Carman is 247Sports' 2nd ranked player in Ohio, the nation's 2nd ranked Offensive Tackle and the 20th overall ranked player in the 2018 class. He was awarded Honorable Mention All-State Ohio as only a Sophomore. Ohio State offered him. It seems they offered him some time ago, but Carman just announced it yesterday via Twitter:
