Wesson, a 6-foot-7 combo guard/wing, is a three-star prospect according to 247Sports who had a huge senior year helping lift Westerville South to its first-ever state title. He is the top-ranked unsigned senior prospect in Ohio.
Andre Wesson, the son of former Buckeye Keith Wesson, is an athletic wing who scored nearly 17 points per game this season for the Wildcats while shooting over 40 percent from 3-point range. He's a long, active defender, as well.
Wesson is considering offers from Ohio State, Richmond and Butler. His 247Sports crystal ball currently reads 100 percent in favor of the Buckeyes.
