Manuel Allen is a 2018 wide receiver out of California. It's early, he has yet to be ranked or receive an offer from OSU, however, Ohio State is the only school listed as recruiting him/he's interested in on his 247Sports profile. He traveled out to Ohio State with Tyjon Lindsey this past weekend and really seemed to enjoy his visit. After watching his highlights it's easy to see why Ohio State is interested in him as well.
