I removed this post because the content that 305 provided was a direct copy/paste from a premium message board from another site. 

I know that Alex is an 11W veteran and we've got a ton of respect for him and the job he did here and continues to do at 247Sports and that's why I felt it was necessary to remove and lock this post.
