I know we might be sick of this topic by now, but I came across a real, tangible example of a player being ASKED to grayshirt - in this case by Auburn.  The kid wasn't very pleased, as you could imagine.

Auburn had the same number of new players that we did - 27 - for comparison.  I don't know their current number of players and who's leaving etc.

This is the type of thing I think we all agree hope doesn't occur at OSU.  However, I still have yet to see an article about OSU requesting a player be grayshirted or enroll late or leave.

Can we give our coaches the benefit of the doubt now?  I post this because I almost feel like our coaching staff is owed an apology by some (OK not really, but...ya know?).
