Jeffers spent last year in the high school ranks as a graduate assistant/tight ends coach on former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer's staff at Lipscomb Academy. Before that, Jeffers was an offensive quality control coach at Florida Atlantic, where he worked with the offensive line. He was a long snapper at Kansas from 2012-14.
