Really can't wait to see this kid play for OSU
Watching how easily Chase Young, now 260 pounds, casually strides down the track should be a terrifying sight for quarterbacks pic.twitter.com/IedvhH0jPW

“To see this kid who’s 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds and the way he runs? Unbelievable,” Crutchfield said. “He’s got the speed.
“I saw him on the football field and he has quick feet, but I didn’t realize he can run as fast as he can. It’s blazing for his size. He can run very well.”
Young has somehow added more than 30 pounds to his frame — “Muscle, it’s all muscle,” Crutchfield says — and still maintained the speed that shot him to the top of recruiting rankings. Watching him on the track, it’s not hard to start imagining how well his speed and power will translate at defensive end.
“People always talk about my size when I’m running — but they also say I’m moving, too,” Young said. “I like to hear that. I love to work on my speed. Why not be 260, 265 and running fast? I’m still just as fast, which was the goal.”
