Obviously the 2017 class is not complete and I've made a couple of assumptions in that regard but I've got all 85 "spots" filled even being conservative.
There is just no getting around that the players leaving early for a shot at the NFL and those exhausting eligibility will STILL mean 8 to 10 additional players which will HAVE to exit in order for the numbers to work.
Please don't turn this into a "hey, we should never speculate" thread because this goes beyond speculation - it is a MUST find 8/10 spots to open scenario.
