Let's get this out of the way, we're a spoiled fan-base. We have an amazing coach, National Title in 2014, and have lost 5 games in 5 years. THIS is why it's tough to grasp when we lose a game.....but, when you expect an undefeated season (even with a young squad) - the loss hurts more.
With that said, why are some Buckeye faithful so defensive when this stagnant offensive continues to run the same "scripted plays" and we don't adjust? When we continue to hear the phrase "we could only run what their defense would give us" or "we weren't prepared for that type of defense".....isn't that the time you would question how our coaches prep for these games and make in-game adjustments?
Yes, 7-1 feels good with the youngest team in CFB....but starting with the Indiana game, this offense is tough to watch. Watching option-pitch plays and 10-15 QB draws per game is tasking. Having young WRs who can't get open definitely eludes to these "safety plays".
Please....don't kill the messenger.
