WISCONSIN'S OFFENSIVE NUMBERS

The Badgers entered the game as the nation's 106th-ranked offense in total yards (360.2.) and averaged 26.0 points per game. Alex Hornibrook completed 16 of his 28 passes for 214 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Corey Clement rushed for 164 yards and averaged 6.6 yards per carry. Jazz Peavy caught 4 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown and had 6 carries for 70 yards (11.7 ypc). Troy Fumagalli had a game-high 7 receptions for 84 yards.

Although Wisconsin  was held to 3.0 points below its scoring average, Paul Chryst's team rushed for more yards and passed for more yards than its season average. The Badgers also became the first team in the 2016 season to record a rushing touchdown against Ohio State's defense.

WISCONSIN'S DEFENSIVE NUMBERS

Ohio State gained 411 total yards of offense against Wisconsin. That is just under 120 yards more than what the Badgers allowed for the season. OSU rushed and passed for more yards than what Bucky's defense allowed all year. Wisconsin became stingy in the red zone as the defense held the Buckeyes to three field goals and an interception on its 7 trips inside the red zone.

Ohio State's offensive leaders were: J.T. Barrett completed 17-of-29 passes for 216 yards, a touchdown and an interception. The talented quarterback also rushed for a team-high 92 yards and 2 touchdowns. Curtis Samuel had a team-high 6 receptions for 58 yards and had 12 carries for 46 yards. Noah Brown's touchdown catch in overtime proved to be the game-winning score.

WISCONSIN'S SPECIAL TEAMS 

Place kicker Andrew Endicott accounted for 11 of Wisconsin's 23 points as he made all three of his field goal attempts and both of his extra point tries. Dare Ogunbowale had 36 kickoff return yards and averaged 18.0 yards per return with a long of 19. The Badgers held Parris Campbell to 31 kickoff return yards on 2 attempts.
