Cliffs: Most think that he does not have that much upside.  Some people are even projecting him as a 3-4 OLB and  Bosa says that he watches Tamba Hali a lot. 

I do think that he is a little bit of a tweener.  Should he go the 3-4 OLB route?  I am thinking that he should keep adding more strength and become a Justin Smith-type DE.
