To extrapolate I used JT's stats from 2014 & the stats from the Rutgers through Notre Dame from 2015. I also took the fact that JT ended the games not playing between a quarter and half of the Kent St, MD, Illinois, & Michigan game in 2014.
i estimate a similar mop up time with him on the bench against BGSU, Tulsa, Army, UNLV, Rutgers (2x), & MD (2x) in the upcoming 2 seasons.
I interpolated per game stats of:
17-27 231 yds 2.5 TD .75 Int passing and
16.5-91 yds 1 TD rushing.
with an amount of 3 games sitting for mop up, B10 CG's & 4 Playoff games (why not?) I get 27 games left which results in:
459-729 6237 yds 68 TD's 20 INT's passing and
446-2457 27 TD's rushing in those games. This puts Barrett here in OSU's record books:
completions 755 #1 (498)
attempts 1190 #1 (951)
yards 10063 #1 (7547)
TD's 103 #1 (57) - he may be #1 here 4 games into next season
INT's 34 #5 (46)
rush att 732 #2 (924)
rush yds 4077 #2 (5589)
rush TD's 49 #2 (56)
total yds 14140 #1 (8600)
total TD's 152 #1 (88).
His current numbers are:
296-461 3826 yds 45 TD's 14 INT
286-1620 22 Td's
