With the closure of the 2016 season last night, let the random forum ideas and questions begin! 

Outside of Schiano joining the staff this off-season, most Buckeye fans did not see the heavily anticipated departure of Tim Beck or any other shuffling and departures from the staff.  Meyer's staff has plenty of strong HC candidates starting with Schiano, Warinner, and Fickell, so who do you guys think is the next OSU assistant to leave and who would you realistically like to see replace them? (Assuming the departure happens after the 2016 season)
