Urban Meyer is giving a live press conference and he just said that there are already three captains for the 2016 seasons. Not too surprising, they are J.T. Barrett, Elflein and Raekwon McMillan. Any other starters have not been named yet. When the video goes up, I'll put it in here so everyone can hear for themselves. He Also said that Malik Hooker has been dominate at safety.
