At first I was the middle, but after knowing Barrett coming back and the amount of talent recruited here in the last 3 years, along with the offense humming the last 2 games, cautiously optimistic. They will basically have to replace everyone except QB, tough to hum along when doing that. I can't wait to see Gibson, Brown, Booker, Baker, Cornell, and all the talent that has been waiting to contribute, lying in wait, out on the field for at least 2 years each. This is the problem with recruiting great talent, is them leaving after 2 years. The only team that does not have to "rebuild" every few years is Bama, at least every year since Saban got there because they have 5 stars backing up 5 stars. OSU gaining every year though, I see playoff contention for several years to come, just maybe not next year.
Excited, scared, or cautiously optimistic for next season?
