This isn't about losing to MSU. It's just that I recall something about him having trouble with a wet or cold ball last year. It's been more than a year so maybe it wasn't as big as I remember. Anyway when I re-watched the MSU game and his throws were not as sharp. One of his longer passes looked like a quail hit by buckshot. Throws were much better the games before and after which started me thinking that it might have been an issue and maybe once last year. Then again just maybe a bad day in bad weather. Anyway if none of remember anything like that last year then all is for not.
