Alabama loses to Auburn and Ole Miss wins the SEC.

Florida loses to Florida State, beats Alabama (lol).

We have seen crazier chaos before. 2007 comes to mind. And I still believe a 12-1 B1G champ gets in over an 11-1 Big 12 champ or an 11-1 ND.
